The Central Arts Building is located in the heart of Chicago’s River North District, home to the most concentrated gallery district outside of Manhattan. Originally built over 100 years ago as a warehouse, it was completely rehabbed in 1985 and converted into a heavy timbered loft office building with art galleries and retail shops on its lower floors.
