Taos Village

About the Property

Located in the historic resort town of Taos, New Mexico, this proposed 65 acre mixed-use village development will, upon full build-out, exceed 900,000 square feet and will be the largest master-planned development in the area–the first of its kind in Taos. The Taos Village will include retail, restaurants, theater, office space, apartments, town houses, parks and a plaza. Ten acres of the site will be set aside for park and trail easements. Phase 1 designates the first city block on the southeast corner of Paseo del Canon and Camino de Colores. This block will consist of a 40,000 square foot office park. The Taos Charter School has relocated to the Village situated on a six-acre site, five of which are for its sporting fields.
