Peter Van Orren

Peter Van Orren, VP/GM Construction & Operations

Mr. Van Orren  is Vice President of the Company’s construction division (IPSC) and Manager of all building operations for Goodman Realty Group’s commercial, office and retail properties.

Prior to joining Goodman Realty Group, Mr. Van Orren was a Facilities Engineer for Nation’s Bank and Senior Engineer for Sun Healthcare Group. He is certified in Building Automation Systems, Energy Management Controls and Chiller Operations.

Mr. Van Orren has been in facilities operations and maintenance for over 30 years and has been responsible for over four million square feet of commercial property throughout his career. He is a Licensed General Contractor, Master Mechanical Contractor, Electrical Contractor and has certification in air conditioning, heating and refrigeration from Central New Mexico Community College.
