Andrew J. Hayden, Corporate Counsel

As corporate counsel for Goodman Realty Group, Mr. Hayden is responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and oversees all legal issues related to the Goodman Realty Group portfolio of properties in the southwest.

Mr. Hayden handles all negotiations and preparation of lease agreements, as well as purchase and sale agreements for commercial, office and industrial properties.  Additionally, he has significant experience in commercial lending, including the preparation of loan agreements, promissory notes, guaranty agreements and loan assumption agreements.

Mr. Hayden is also responsible for managing the work of outside attorneys hired to assist in resolving various corporate legal issues.

Before joining Goodman Realty Group, Mr. Hayden was a senior transactional associate at Fisher, Sweetbaum, Levin & Sands, P.C., in Denver, CO. He is published by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) on streamlining the commercial leasing process from letter of intent to executed leases. Mr. Hayden holds a B.A. from Lafayette College and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.
