Our Financial Resources Division headed by Chief Financial Officer, Debbie Bonsignore, has a depth of experience in a wide variety of creative financial instruments including:

  • Tax Increment Financing.  Goodman Realty Group created a 140 million dollar Tax Increment Development District at its Winrock site, gaining approval of city, country and state authorities in an environment where tax increment financing was being consistently rejected.
  • New Market Tax Credits.  Goodman Realty Group was the first business in the state of New Mexico to utilize this equity instrument, partnering with US Bank and Travois Investments.
  • Industrial Revenue Bonds.  Two Goodman developments have received an increment of industrial revenue bonds from the city.
  • Historic tax credits.
  • Energy tax credits.
  • Brownfield remediation financing.
